Longtime Wilmington Resident, 67, Beloved Wife, Mother and Nana

Linda was born on January 6, 1947 in Chelsea, MA; she was the cherished daughter of the late Zigmond and Rose (Belchezk) Wojer. Linda was raised and educated in Chelsea.

Linda was the beloved wife of Douglas L. Bevis of Wilmington, devoted mother of Douglas Bevis of Wilmington, Shawn Bevis and his wife, the late Carri L. Dalton-Bevis of Pepperell, Tim Bevis of Tewksbury and Tom Bevis of Wilmington, loving “Nana” of Douglas “D.J.” Bevis, Jr., Shane Bevis, Valerie Bevis, Christopher Dalton, Shawn L. Bevis, Jr., Kylee Bevis, Justin Bevis and Madison R. Bevis, dear sister of Elaine Williams of Maine, Jane Nigro of California, Gail Rectenwald of Chelsea and Christopher Wojer.  Linda is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, MA, on Saturday, March 29th for Visitation from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m.
