Snow Slows Morning Travel in Wilmington; How Was Your Commute?

How are the roads in Wilmington? Did you have any trouble getting to school or work today?

Snow slowed some morning commutes through Wilmington today, with traffic still a problem for many out on the roads.

On the Wilmington Patch Facebook page, several readers said it was a difficult commute, though there wasn't a massive amount of snow.

"Main Street great, side streets not so great," wrote Gale Fullerton.

Wilmington Public Schools started on time this morning. Do you think that was the right decision?

According to the National Weather Service, the snow will mix with rain through the afternoon with a 90 percent chance of precipitation. A winter weather advisory is in effect until 7 p.m.
