Today's vacant property is the site of the business formerly known as Dinette World in North Wilmington, located at 353 Middlesex Ave. The building, which is available for sale or lease through The Stubblebine Company, is in a highly trafficked area and could be a good fit for a variety of businesses.
According to online listings, there is a total of about 42,600 square feet available, with both showroom and office space inside the building.
