1. The LeapPad Explorer Learning Tablet from LeapFrog has been hard to find in stores around the area. It costs around $100 and is a combination of entertainment and education for young children.

2. Like it or not, children today are given cell phones at a younger age. And there's one that is nearly impossible to track down right now. The iPhone 4s is still relatively new, and in many stores it takes several weeks to get your hands on one.

3. Nintendo Wii was the first true interactive gaming system, but there's another on the scene now. XBox Kinect gets rid of the controllers and lets players use their own body to control the game. Kinect is growing in popularity and is a popular item this year.

4. Kids love playing Angry Birds on the iPhone or iPod. Now, they can play the game without the aid of electronic devices with the Angry Birds Knock on Wood Game. The game features mission cards and combines action and strategy for a definite fun time for kids.

5. Tickle Me Elmo was all the rage many Christmas seasons ago, but this year Elmo returns with another popular item. For young children, Let's Rock Elmo is on their wish list. He's dressed in a rock and roll t-shirt and plays music with a microphone and drums.

We know we can't find them all. Don't forget to let us know in the comments section below what your kids are most looking for this holiday season!
