According to Hamilton, it is her understanding that the restaurant going in at 300 Lowell Street will be a Burton's Grill.
The Planning Board previously approved the site for a restaurant and subsequently held public hearings on the parcel, according to Hamilton.

Although the site is bordered by Lowell Street and West Street, the entrance to the restaurant will be on Lowell Street, according to Hamilton.
