Wilmington Residents Sound Off on New Target Location

The Wilmington store will be approximately 130,000 square feet, include a Starbucks and is expected to create 150 jobs.

Target announced earlier this week they would be opening a new location in Wilmington at 210 Ballardvale St. in October of 2014.

Wilmington residents reacted to the announcement on our Facebook page, expressing both excitement at having the store in town as well as skepticism resulting from the company's recent credit card breach.

The Wilmington store will be approximately 130,000 square feet, include a Starbucks and is expected to create 150 jobs.
