ReplyThe Nelson Family is looking for VOTER SUPPORT at the upcoming Town Meeting on May 4, 2013 @ 10:30 at the Middle School. We are hoping to purchase part of Map 6 Parcel 18 as Petitioned in ARTICLE 29. This property was taken for non-payment of property taxes in 1939 for less than $ 10. The Town has not collected any tax revenue for over 74 years and the family would be hoping to purchase 7500 square feet of Vacant Land for no less than $ 32,116 to build a new septic system for 2 Poplar St.

ReplyStaying on Topic here....Scott Garrant as Chairman of the Planning Board sued Mr. Boyle Chairman of the Board of Appeals and myself as applicant in 2000 in the Land Court. Mr Virman as an associate of Town Counsel Mike Newhouse represented Mr Garrant in the Land Court. Until the Land Court case is settled and dismissed the Board of Appeals does not have a legal Quorum.... I spoke at tonights meeting and suggested that Town Counsel render an opinion. This same matter occurred last with a Planning Board Vote that was invalid......enough with the Unethical, Bias, Conflict of Interest, Prejudice with Town Boards....people need a break... this is just wrong ..My Dad is a WWII Veteran being denied a Certificate of Occupancy...

ReplyI have asked Town Manager Mr. Hull if his decision is a Recommendation, a determination or a declaration and I still have not received a reply. How is that possible with the Town Metting on May 4, all 3 have different remedies by law ?

ReplyBewildering comment. I'm pretty sure that building a model school off of rt 125 and incorporating a Recreational Community Center and Athletic Fields with unlimited potential in conjunction with local higher education may have been more prudent. just a thought....whoever you are
