Today's vacant property is located next to Santa Maria Pizza and The Donut Shop, at 362 Middlesex Ave. The building, which is available for rental by contacting (508) 423-5544, sees plenty of traffic from cars driving towards Town Common, looking to connect with I-93 or heading plenty of other directions. This location is the end unit on an otherwise filled strip of businesses. The Donut Shop was the most recent addition to the plaza.
