Visions for Vacancies: What Should Go Here?

What do you think should move into this vacant storefront on Main Street?

Welcome to our latest installment of our new series "Visions for Vacancies," which gives you, the readers, a chance to play developer and planner. Today's vacant property is located in the plaza at 335-337 Main Street, next to Main Street Liquors and SuperCuts. It's an end unit and could be used for a variety of businesses. The high traffic on Main Street makes this an attractive unit for an incoming business. Boylston Realty Advisors is responsible for renting out this property, and can be contacted at (978) 657-4600. So we pose the question -- what business do you think would be a perfect fit in this location? Let us know in the comments section below.

Today's vacant property is the site of D&D Lock, located at 474 Main Street. The building, which is available for rental by contacting (978) 664-2203, is in a busy area of town and would attract plenty of traffic. Today's vacant property is the site of the business formerly known as Dinette World in North Wilmington, located at 353 Middlesex Ave. The building, which is available for sale or lease through The Stubblebine Company, is in a highly trafficked area and could be a good fit for a variety of businesses. According to online listings, there is a total of about 42,600 square feet available, with both showroom and office space inside the building. So we pose the question -- what business do you think would be a perfect fit in this location? Let us know in the comments section below.
