But Kevin the taxpayers in Wilmington aren't being hammered. I think that's John's point. Our property taxes are fair and we're lucky enough to live in a town with a large business community. As the Joker says, "Things don't pay for themselves." If we want our town to do a good job on things like trash pick up and plowing we have to pay for it.
