School Budget Up for Discussion at Wednesday Meeting
Finances for Fiscal Year 2014 are among the agenda items for the evening.
The School Committee gets back to work on Wednesday night, holding a meeting at 7 p.m. inside the Wilmington High School library. First on the agenda is a host of administrative tasks, including approving minutes and considering items withdrawn from consensus. Next up is the student representative report before members get to old business. It's in that section that the 2013-14 high school program of studies will be discussed for a second straight meeting, along with the Fiscal Year 2014 budget. New business includes a financial report, first reading of the policy on physically restraining students and a first reading on the policy of gifts to and solicitions by staff.
