UPDATE: Wilmington Dispatcher Spots Missing Woman
The 87-year-old woman named Rita, who has Alzheimer's, was missing since about 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
UPDATED AT 4:18 p.m.: Shortly after 4 p.m., a Wilmington Police dispatcher was on his way home when he spotted Rita walking in Billerica. Emergency personnel were called to the area for an evaluation, but Pupa said Rita was located "safe and sound" thanks to the sharp eyes of the dispatcher. The area that Rita was located is about two to three miles from her home, Pupa said. ORIGINAL STORY: The Wilmington Police Department is seeking help from the community in locating an elderly woman who has been missing since early Tuesday afternoon. According to Lt.
