Wilmington Man Arrested for Heroin: 'I'm in Trouble Now' in Roslindale

The following article is based on a Boston Police report, and where charges are mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

A Wilmington man caught holding a bag of heroin by undercover Boston Police allegedly said, "I'm in trouble now" when caught in the CVS parking lot in Roslindale. On Jan. 4 around 5:30 p.m., Jordan K. Ungvarsky, of 10 Boutwell St., Wilmington, Mass., was arrested and charged with possession of a class A substance, heroin. Members of the Boston Police E-5/E-18 Drug Control Unit were conducting surveillance in the CVS parking lot at 4600 Washington St., a known area for drug transactions. Police witnessed the suspect get into the driver's side door of a gray Honda and begin to examine something in his lap area, according to a Boston Police report.  Officers relocated their unmarked vehicle directly next to the suspect's vehicle and observed …

These people must not have any brains or common sense. If they ever read a police log they would see that it's easy pickings for well trained police to see what's going on in these parking lots, off the highway gas stations etc. I guess all that matters is they want the fix. It's a terrible problem that is getting worse. Jail doesn't help these addicts. Who knows what's a better solution?   more ›
