Who Would You Like to See Run for Town Office This Spring?
Residents are beginning to pull papers in advance of Election Day. But in a perfect world, who would be on the ballot?
It's still early, but the ballot is starting to shape up for Wilmington's Annual Town Election. But in a perfect world, what would that ballot look like? Among the positions up for election this year are two seats on the Board of Selectmen and two seats on the School Committee. Chairman Mike Newhouse and fellow incumbent Lou Cimaglia have already pulled papers for re-election. On the School Committee side, Robert Hayes and chairman Peggy Kane are also hoping to earn their seats back for another term. But if you could choose anyone in Wilmington, who would you like to see run for these and other positions? What resident would be an ideal local official?
