Wilmington Resident Honored for Outstanding Customer Service

The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) recently awarded Wilmington resident Dung Quoc Tran with the Authority’s “Logan Stars” award. The award honors non-Massport employees at Boston Logan International Airport whose actions epitomize the highest level of customer service. Tran is the General Manager of the Panda Express restaurant at Terminal A and was recognized by Massport for providing exceptional customer service during a medical emergency. Tran provided translation services to assist first responders overcome a language barrier that was hampering efforts to treat a passenger they feared was suffering from a stroke.
