Flashback Friday

Who Is This Member of the Class of 1970?

This active member of the Wilmington community was on the color guard, cross country team and more.

Before he was a Lieutenant in the Wilmington Police Department, and before he left that post for retirement earlier this year, Chris Neville was a member of the cross country team, a color guard participant and a Wilmington High School graduate. Neville graduated in 1970, and participated in a variety of school activities during his four years at the school. Though he now focuses on his involvement with Rotary Interact and other community endeavours, back then he was simply interested in the challenge of "trying to be the first in the lunch line."

Detective Pat Nally spoke glowingly about the officer who was completely dedicated to catching the bad guy, so much so that he'd even bite a suspect if they got out of line. "Lt. Neville?
