The Wilmington Housing Authority owns and operates 82 units of state-aided elderly and family housing units. The Wilmington Housing Authority assists low and moderate income families, elderly and disabled to help them obtain affordable housing that is safe, decent and sanitary. Preferences are granted to qualified veterans, minorities and persons who currently work or reside in Wilmington.
