My laptop was sent to Blue Raven for repair through a Staples warranty. When they shipped it back via UPS, they insured my $750 computer for $100. UPS misdelivered the item and it was ruined, and UPS agreed to pay for it, but only the stated $100 that Blue Raven said it was worth. UPS paid BLUE RAVEN the money because they are the shipper, and Blue Raven has refused to give us that money or fairly compensate us for the remaining value of our computer. DO NOT send your electronics to them: in one transaction they managed to depreciate my laptop to $100 and to take the insurance payment for themselves, while I am out $750. Their customer service is horrible. Please don't get yourself into this same situation
