Community Update

I am hoping that someone in this dept. could help clear up some confusion for me. I live across the street from someone who seemingly qualifies for housing. During the their first few months a young family member unfortunately became an invalid. A whole new addition was added, new septic, new roof, ramps, etc., all on "our dime." Now there are over 5-6 vehicles in the driveway with more people living there including a new baby. I am also well acquainted with someone else who is on "housing" that has their daughter's boyfriend, their son's girlfriend and his buddy, the mother' boyfriend... ALL living with them. The mother runs around and scoots everyone out whenever someone from "housing" pays a visit. And they all laugh about this as if was a joke. I am seriously baffled. Is this "housing authority" aware of the deception and the dishonesty? " just asking...."
