The Wilmington Farmers Market, located on the Swain Green across from the Town Common, is open this Sunday, September 29, 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. Our theme for this week is our Closing day for the season. Following are the things you can expect this week:

Cub Scout Pack 136 will be on our community table and will be selling batteries as a fundraiser. Stop by the second community table featuring WCTV.

Bed by Nine will be back with their music and there is a special performance by Wilmington Dance Academy at 11:30am.
Academy of Traditional Karate will be at the education table offering more details about techniques and classes offered.
On the kids table we are having a “sunflower contest”, bring a picture, a drawing or a craft featuring the sunflower that you planted on the opening day.
Additionally, we will have the following vendors:
Farmer Dave, Gaouette Farm and Nagog Hill Orchard will be there with fresh fruits and vegetables that are currently in season.
Lawton Family Farm will have grass-fed beef as well as various varieties of cheese.
Seafood Express will have fresh seafood.
Danish Pastry House and JannaBee’s will have fresh baked goods, Let’s Get Baked will feature freshly made breads and Mizz Megz with some delicious cupcakes.
Additionally we will have Fior D’Italia with their delicious pasta, 27 West with freshly ground coffee or beans, Kittredge Candles with scented soy candles, soaps & lotions and Little Lemon Boutiques offering quality handmade gifts.
And And And Guess What???? Pizza Goddess is BACK with their Food Truck serving some delicious pizzas.
