Safe Shoveling Tips!
Get a good workout shoveling without getting hurt!
Here are some tips to help:
- Warm up first with Walking Lunges (see photo)
- Push when you can
- Bend at the hips, instead of rounding your spine
- Keep a light load
- Lift by extending your legs and hips; back nice and straight (see photo)
