Forever Young ~ Graduation Day!

Congratulations to 6 special seniors who graduated yesterday from Forever Young Senior Strength Training Session Two!

Alice Rourke, Roberta Battite and Noreen Biondo from Wilmington, Rosemarie and William Steph from North Reading, and Barbara Stitt from Reading.  They are all stronger than before, and may come back for more - on January 7 for another session.

This group class is individualized to serve each members' needs.  Newcomers are welcome to join our class on January 7th!

Congratulations class of December 5th!!
