Six Things to Do This Weekend in Wilmington

Our weekly listing of events happening in Wilmington this weekend.


Each Thursday, we're going to take a look at weekend events coming up in and around Wilmington. Did we miss an event? Post it on Patch here, and we'll be sure to include it on our list. 

Friday, Nov. 1

Wilmington (7) will travel to Marblehead (2) for the Northeast Division 3 quarter finals tournament at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1 in Marblehead.

Wilmington Memorial Library will host a family movie night featuring 'Monster's University' at 6:45 p.m. Popcorn and lemonade will be served.
Wilmington High School Strings will hold a scholarship fundraiser night at 7 p.m. at the Wilmington Knights of Columbus. It will be an adult night of dinner, dancing and many raffles. Tickets are $25.00 per person, with catering by Rocco's.

The First Annual Puppy Doe Halloween Fundraiser will be held at 8 p.m. at the Tewksbury/Wilmington Elks Club. Tickets are $10 and all proceeds from raffle and ticket sales will go directly to the MSPCA. Costume is optional, although best will be rewarded.

Saturday, Nov. 2

There will be a large multi-family yard sale at 106 West St. in Wilmington starting at 9 a.m. Check out the long list of items for sale here.

Wilmington Boosters Association is hosting a Comedy Night at Prince Pizza in Saugus on Saturday, Nov. 2
