  • There is a 60 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms Tuesday night with a low of 54 expected. There will be a northwest wind from 5 to 8 mph.
  • Wednesday will be sunny, with a high near 77.
  • Wednesday night will be clear, with a low around 51.

3. Blood Drive Today: There will be an American Red Cross Blood Drive at the Knights of Columbus at 126 Middlesex Ave. in Wilmington from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.

4. Coming Up: Celebrate the end of this year's summer reading season with an ice cream social at the Wilmington Memorial Library on Friday, Aug. 16 at 3 p.m. Kids will receive their reading certificates and grand prize raffle winners will be announced.
