A poorly run operation. Ruined my daughters very expensive prom dress and takes absolutely no responsibility for the damages. Instead, they had it for 2 months and sent it to an "independent lab" for testing. In business myself I understand that a customer is always right. He takes zero responsibility. I will never go back and I will continue to spread the word.
