Community Update

I took my daughter to the Wilmington RMV for a road test today. I still cannot quite believe what happened. The examiner, apart from being quite unpleasant and sarcastic to a young woman who was, naturally, feeling nervous, actually lied on the exam. He marked her off for things she did right. You may think I am just biased, but I was watching keenly and he, who barely looked her way throughout the exam, accused her of not stopping at a crosswalk when she most certainly did. He also said she was speeding in a residential area because she was going 25 and he claimed the limit in a residential area is 20. No, sir; that's the speed limit in a school zone.
Now that I have read so many other negative reviews in various places, I cannot help but wonder if there is racism going on at the Wilmington RMV.
