In just a few weeks, the town will , who will retire this fall after a lengthy tenure in the position.

According to Caira and Board of Selectmen Chairman Lou Cimaglia, the search is likely to heat up following budget season. Officials may discuss the direction of the search as early as February.

No matter who takes over Mr. Caira's position, they will have some mighty big shoes to fill. Mr. Caira has done an outstanding job as Town Manager.
