Wilmington Police Represented in Watertown Strong Road Race

The race was held on Saturday in Watertown, and several Wilmington Police Department members participated.

Members of the Wilmington Police Department hit the streets of Watertown on Saturday for a road race remembering the Boston Marathon bombing and its aftermath.

Police and dispatchers from Wilmington ran in the Watertown Strong 5k race, which was organized by the Watertown Police Department.

The Wilmington participants wore t-shirts designed by Officer Paul Chalifour. The logo included a version of the Wilmington Police Department's original shoulder patch, along with a Boston Marathon themed ribbon.
