Wilmington Police Receive Their $100,000 Grant at Cummings Foundation Event
Police were selected for the grant in May, but just received the money this week.
In May, the Wilmington Police Department found out they had been selected by the Cummings Foundation for a $100,000 grant. This week, they got their hands on the money.
Wilmington Police Chief Michael Begonis joined Lt. Joe Desmond in officially accepting the grant during a recent event.
