Truck at High School Site Backs Up Church Street Traffic Friday Morning

The Wilmington Police Department posted a picture of a truck that caused some traffic delays on Friday morning.

The massive snow banks forced by a winter full of snow make for difficult navigating for cars. Now imagine the trouble you'd be facing if you were behind the wheel of a commercial truck.

On Friday morning a truck delivering equipment to the Wilmington High School construction site had some issues backing in to the driveway due to the high snow banks.

According to the Wilmington Police Department Facebook page, the truck's sticky situation caused a back up of traffic on Church Street on Friday morning. So if you were stuck in a long line of cars, that's why.
