I am so lucky. I was the first car turned back when the road was closed. Scary and sad.

just drove the road at 7:20pm and was wondering why there is not a fresh painted double center line. the road looks like a two lane highway and is very confusing if you dont know it. it should be painted properly and dropped to 45mph.Sorry to the families who are involved

Huge issue everywhere @ Pete. Just drive around and you can see how many streets don't have the painted center lines because they wore off. Some were not even re-painted last year! I'm sure it's due to budget cuts, but the municipalities may want to rethink this one before they start getting hit with lawsuits.

Tom R, if you see streets like this, let someone know. I've emailed quite a few times. The town does respond..either with it being painted, or letting you know it's a state road and the state needs to do it so you need to follow up with them. I don't assume the town knows about every unpainted/faded lane.

Rt 125 is a very busy road, someone should know the lines are fading. There is a state police barracks on this road too. Between the town and the state police it should have been noticed...
