Police Log: Two Arrests, Stolen Scrap Metal and More

The following excerpt is from the Wilmington Police Department logs. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Dec. 10

9:21 a.m. Officers arrested two Wilmington juveniles on Middlesex Avenue on charges of possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute in a school zone .

12:18 p.m. A caller on Laurel Avenue reported her ATM card was taken from her unlocked vehicle on Dec. 6. The caller reported the card had been used in five transactions as of Dec. 9.

1:15 p.m. A caller on Ballardvale Street reported he was intentionally struck with a vehicle by his coworker. A report was filed. 

3:03 p.m. A caller on Industrial Way reported sometime overnight an entire dumpster worth of scrap metal was taken.

3:31 p.m. A caller on Fulton Road reported receiving multiple phone scam calls from an unknown number reporting she had won large amounts of money.
