Police Log: Three Arrests, a Reported Scam and More

The following is an excerpt from the Wilmington Police Department logs. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.


Tuesday, Oct. 15

1:20 p.m.- A Butters Row resident came in to report metal weights were stolen from his driveway sometime Sunday.

1:33 p.m.- Wilmington Police arrested three Wilmington residents in connection to a series of four recent break-ins that occurred in the area of Pouliot Place and Shawsheen Commons.

  • Keegan Farnham, 83 Nichols St., Wilmington, 21, was arrested and charged with four counts receiving stolen property over $250
  • Derek Andrew Queen, 3402 Pouliot Pl., Wilmington, 21, was arrested and charged with two counts breaking and entering into a building during daytime. 
  • Derek Michael Duggan, 901 Lords Ct., Wilmington, 20, was arrested and charged with two counts breaking and entering into a building during daytime and possession of a class A drug.

4:43 p.m.- A resident on Mystic Avenue reported receiving calls from a male with a Jamaican accent asking for him to send money and in return the caller would meet him at the post office and give him a Mercedes. The resident did not give any information as he believed it to be a scam.

7:48 a.m.- An individual on Evergreen Drive reported his motorcycle had been tipped over and his car was keyed overnight.
