LOLCR Cat Of The Week - Ladybug - Sweet Blind Kitty Looking For Love

Hard to imagine why a blind cat was found wandering a city street. Ladybug was rescued by a student and stayed for two weeks enjoying her company, a mellow cat and various visitors. Ladybug did well figuring out her apartment layout, occasionally bumping into a chair leg or startled when something new suddenly shows up. Unfortunately, she couldn’t stay so she was brought to a large shelter and stayed for a month. Knowing that people can see a blind cat as unadoptable, we are now fostering her – rescuing her to help tell her story – that Ladybug doesn’t know she’s blind, she knows she’s a cat – and surely acts like one with her playful ways, enjoying crinkly foil balls and jingly mice. She is a black and white tiny tuxedo, about a year and a half, her fur resembling luxurious chinchilla. This cuddlebug is sweet and affectionate with excellent litter box habits. An ideal home would be quiet with someone who will give her time and encouragement to adapt. We save cats like Ladybug and then worry will anyone want the “special needs” ones? But we know there is something very special about rescuing that overlooked cat, the bond can be like no other.
