LOLCR adoptable cat of the week -CHAPEL

Chapel adoptable cat - interesting rescue story

Chapel has a unique name and a very interesting rescue story. First and foremost, she is a two year old Siamese mix and recent mom of two. Her all black markings/coloring and stunning golden eyes highlight her gorgeous face and healthy, attractive short fur coat. When Chapel was rescued, she was very scared of people at first. We think she came from an accidental litter and never received attention. She was abandoned and we found her in a manger at a church in Tewksbury (hence the unique name Chapel) just after giving birth to two beautiful Siamese babies. One, all black like mom, and one seal point. Chapel's kittens found a wonderful home together while she remains in foster care. The good news is that Chapel has flourished into a lovely little girl in her foster home. She is very comfortable being around other cats and people she knows, and she doesn't seem to mind dogs either. We brush her and trim her nails without a complaint. She’s litter box trained and a good eater, Chapel has great habits. She's not real talkative but she definitely purrs to show you she likes you. Chapel is a loving and sweet girl who is ready to be a snuggling lap cat. And talk about her choice of location for giving birth — in a manger in a church!  We’re sure that Chapel has a deep rooted faith that someone is watching over her, and she is determined to find herself a home that she can call her manger again.
