Drivers in Town

What is going on with drivers in Wilmington lately? This is the second time the whiskey barrel at Wildwood/Woburn St has been hit by a car !!  This time the plants had just been planted and they ended up all over the ground along with all the loam.  The garden club buys the plants and a club member plants and waters them all season.  Try to keep your eyes on the road and if there is a curb try to avoid it !
