Eleanor M. (Gallagher) Jones, 80

Eleanor M. (Gallagher) Jones, age 80, of Wilmington, died peacefully on March 1, 2013.  Eleanor was the beloved wife of the late Edmund D. Jones, devoted mother of Caren Jones Wood and her husband Edmund Wood of Wilmington, William Jones of Waltham, and the late Ruth Chase and her husband William Chase, loving “Grammie” of Tanika Beauchemin and her husband Arthur, Jennifer Chase, Eric Chase, Wendy McLure, Jessica Wood, Michael Wood, Edward Jones, Lindsey Stewart, Michaela Parker, and “Grammie Jones” to Alice Grace, Jesse, Michael, Justin, Lauren, Joshua, and Dana, Jr.  Dear daughter of the late Joseph and Jennie (DeVeau) Gallagher, sister of Joseph Gallagher and his wife Tina of Tewksbury, and the late Jennie Hancock.
Family and friends will gather for a Funeral Service at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Monday, March 4th at 11:00 a.m.  Interment to follow in Wildwood Cemetery, Wilmington.  Visiting hours will be held at the Funeral Home on Sunday, March 3rd from 3-6 p.m.
