Leonardo PT will once again have a tent at the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Race this Sunday, September 22nd.  We will be providing free post race stretching for all walkers and runners.  Be sure to stop by to keep your muscles feeling good after the run and to get some helpful recovery tips.
