Wilmington Junior Sons of Italy Holds Annual Fall Craft Fair

Wilmingtons Junior Lodge Sons of Italy's annual Fall Craft Fair.

St. Thomas of Villanova Hall was the site of the annual Wilmington Junior Lodge of the Sons of Italy Craft Fair. The Wilmington Junior Lodge, is open to young people  from the ages of 10 to 18, and is involved in many charitable  events, and also  assists the Adult Lodge in charity work.

The  craft  fair  has  artisans  from around the area and as far away as New Hampshire come and sell their various crafts, which  this  year  included such items  as home made candy, knitted items, home made candy, ceramics, cosmetics and many more hand crafted items.

According to Mary Bascone and Karen Scalizzi, the adult advisers, this fair is one of the main ways the Junior Lodge makes money for its annual scholarship award  which is given out every June.
