On March 12 about 30 children from the Catholic community of Wilmington celebrated there First Communion, at St. Thomas Church in Wilmington.
The girls in white dresses and veils and the boys in white suits,along with a church full of proud parents, grandparents, great grandparents, relatives and friends, Celebrated the Catholic Liturgy, in which the children took active part with biblical readings, prayers and gift presentation, also crowning of the Blessed Virgin. This all culminated with the children receiving First Communion from Celebrant Fr Early.
Congratulations to all the First Communicants at St Thomas.
