Boston Burger Company Opens Second Resturant

Wilmington Residents Paul Malvone, Sebastian Fricia  along with there partner Charles Sillari From Wakefield , today opened a second Boston Burger Co Restaurant,  at 1100 Boylston St Boston. This is located  near the  Fenway  area of Boston not far from  Fenway Park.   

Paul and his Partners, opened their first restaurant  2 years ago in Davis Squire Somerville. It has been a big hit in that location since,serving the metro north area with 26 different types of burgers with such imaginative names as the "Killer Bee"  " Vermontster"  and the one they made famous on the Rachael  Ray Show, The HOT MESS. This is the Burger  that one first prize on Rays Show and allowed Paul,to compete with the Likes of the Iron Chef, and other  famous chefs in South Beach Florida. Boston burger has also  been named,  The "Hidden Jewel " By the Phantom  Gourmet  Restaurant  Show. The company has been  on the Phantom Gourmet  many times.       

Paul And Sebastian  have been friends since childhood, growing up in Medford, and lived in Medford  until  about  7 years ago when they moved to Wilmington  Both are married and have children in the Wilmington  Public Schools and are active in the community.   

Charles Silari, a Malden native met Paul and Sebastian  later and became  fast friends, Charles  practices Law in Somerville, and lives with is family in Wakefield.   

The  Partners have said that the New Restaurant will keep the same  type of menu as the flagship restaurant  in Somerville saying" why  fool around with a winning concept"
