Wildcats and Redmen Set to Face Off in Thanksgiving Classic

The game will be played in Tewksbury this year.


The Wilmington High School and Tewksbury Memorial High School football teams will face off in a Thanksgiving classic on Thursday.

The game is set to kick off at 10 a.m. and will be hosted in Tewksbury at Doucette Stadium this year. 

The Wildcats fell in the MIAA Northeast Division quarterfinals to Marblehead 34-7.

Redmen football most recently beat Melrose 32-14 Saturday in the MIAA Division 3 State semifinals at Cawley Stadium in Lowell.

Tewksbury moves on to the state finals, where they will play Plymouth South Dec. 7 at Gillette Stadium.
