The Wilmington Police Department welcomed Officer Kevin Skinner on Friday, Nov. 15.
The Wilmington Police Department welcomed Officer Kevin Skinner on Friday, Nov. 15.
Skinner graduated from Lowell Police Academy, with Wilmington Police Chief Michael Begonis.
Skinner was also awarded with the Top Gun award for his firearms skills.
