Classes for kids in grades 9-12 All classes held at Wilmington High School, Mass taught by Kids Cooking Green.
Pasta & Ravioli
Making: Thursday January 16th
2:20-3:50 $30.
Come learn to make and roll out your own handmade pasta. We will
make pasta dough from scratch using local eggs and semolina flour, learn to
knead the dough, and roll it out in the pasta rolling machines. We will then
stuff the pasta with a local cheese filling and make Ravioli to sit and sample
together. Participants will take home a
box of homemade ravioli to share with their family at home, as well!
