With the weather canceling the parade, children headed straight to Wilmington High School to gather goodies from Wilmington businesses and groups.
It may have rained on their parade, but that didn't stop a long line of Wilmington 'horribles' from filing into Wilmington High School on Sunday to trick-or-treat as Wilmington businesses and groups handed out candy and other goodies.
