As a life-long resident of Wilmington I have so many memories of growing up here. One thing I love about this town is the kind, caring and understanding employees of our Town. The spirit of Wilmington is something we should all be so proud of!

I love the opportunities. The Recreation Department organizes fantastic trips and discount tickets. The Public Schools offer field trips to expand students' horizons such as the 8th grade Washington D.C. Trip and New York City Trip. The Strings Attached Program (which I was a part of) is not only one of the largest strings orchestras around but the opportunities to travel abroad have been so enriching. The Band also offers a Florida trip/DC trip and Ski trip. This town has so much to offer, but the opportunities here are truly unique

As a relatively New Member of the Wilmngton Community, I have to say that the spirit of Wilmington residents has so impressed me. The giving spirit of residents, the Churches and fraternal orginizations that are alway there to help . The patriotic spirit displayed on the Fourth if July a Great Community
