Wilmington resident recognized for 30 years at Cummings Properties
Wilmington resident Tom Vigneau and four other long-term staff members were recently welcomed into Cummings Properties’ 30 Year Club.
The informal group recognizes employees who have been with the commercial real estate firm for at least three decades. All 12 of the Club’s members gathered to celebrate the milestone anniversaries during a luncheon at the Strega Prime Italian steakhouse, located at Cummings Properties’ TradeCenter 128 business campus.
Vigneau and the other inductees each received a “Stephens Chair,” an engraved captain’s chair named in honor of Douglas Stephens, the Company's late treasurer and first 30-year staff member.

A carpenter, Vigneau currently applies his expertise to complex laboratory buildouts. He recently contributed to the construction of a 35,000-square-foot addition at one of Cummings Properties’ Medford buildings. The Woburn-based firm also manages properties on Concord Street and Fordham Road in Wilmington.
“Tom is a highly talented carpenter,” said Greg Ahearn, VP of field operations. “When you know what you want but you’re not sure how to build it, Tom just makes it happen.”

President and CEO Dennis Clarke added, “Tom is well respected, and is a valued mentor to our newer team members.”
Vigneau and his wife, Donna, have lived in Wilmington for nearly 20 years and have three college-age children. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, landscaping, restoring old cars, and spending time with family.
