Four tenants have signed new leases at Wilmington's Ballardvale Office Park occupying a total of 74,447 sq. ft. of office space, according to a report from the Lowell Sun.
Agfa Graphics signed a lease to continue to occupy 53,893 sq. ft. on the first floor at Ballardvale, according to the Sun.
Moving from Woburn, Kapa Biosystems signed a lease for 9,203 sq. ft. of space on the third floor of Building 1, according to the Sun.
Security Innovation has leased a 7,771 sq. ft. of space on the second floor of Building 4, according to the Sun.
The Righter Group signed a lease for a 3,580-square-foot suite on the first floor, according to the Sun.
