New Pediatric Dentist's Office Opening in Wilmington

The office is scheduled to open at the end of July.

If things go according to plan for Marcy Gabrilowitz, there will be plenty of bright, smiling faces around Wilmington.

Gabrilowitz is in the midst of planning for the opening of her new pediatric dental facility, which is scheduled to open at the end of July in the Wilmington Crossing Plaza, next to Fantastic Sam's and Pink Melon Frozen Yogurt.

Pediatric Dental Care of Wilmington is a currently accepting patients from infancy through teenage years.

"Our goal is to create a fun, positive and educational experience for our patients and their families from the moment they walk through the door," said Gabrilowitz. "We realize that going to the dentist can be difficult for children, so our team strives to create a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We pride ourselves in creating a relaxing environment for your child."

Wilmington's newest dentist recommends the first dentist visit for children by age one, as laid out by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry guidelines.

According to Gabrilowitz, becoming a dentist was something she knew she wanted to do since she was just eight years old. SHe said working with children has come natural to her, and aims to "brighten the world one smile at a time."
