New England Coffee Lease Andover Street Location in Wilmington
Three companies, including New England Coffee, have recently leased space in Wilmington, according to a report by Banker and Tradesman.
New England Coffee Co. recently leased 74,928-square-feet of industrial space at 255 Andover St. in Wilmington, according to a report from Banker and Tradesman.
The company is expanding, and the Andover Street location will serve as a warehouse and distribution facility, according to Banker and Tradesman.
Kintetsu World Express is also moving operations into an Andover Street location in Wilmington, according to Banker and Tradesman.
The global logistics company will be moving into a 40,000-square-foot facility at 235 Andover St., according to Banker and Tradesman.
Medical device company NeuroTherm has leased 23,000 square feet of space at 600 Research Drive to accommodate company expansion, according to Banker and Tradesman.
